This hotel was a commendable fit for a city break in Giarre, with good value considering the price. The homemade yogurt with local honey served at breakfast was a pleasant surprise. Make sure to request a room that doesn't face the street to avoid the noise.

clean rooms, staff (my luggage didn't come of the plane and the staff called the airport several times to check the status). beautiful pool area, breakfast (fresh orange juice and home made fruit salad every morning). great place to chill at the pool.
The hotel is located near a very busy road (SS114), the main road of Giarre. Giarre itself is a not very interesting village: cars, cars, cars. there are only 3 rooms with views on the Etna, the other rooms are much smaller too. We stayed in the building close to the exit. When we turned of the airco at night, the noise of main road was audible. We do not recommend the restaurant. (best restaurant: Ciampoli in Taormina, it's on top of the building of the 5 star hotel El Jebel. fantastic views, great food and value for money: 6 course menu including a bottle of wine and water for 120 Euro(for 2).

Morning meal food was good. Location was very good, just 1.2 miles to old town. It was easy to park on site.

The staff were super friendly, and the pool area was perfect. We explored the beautiful beaches and took a day trip to Mount Etna. Dinner at the hotel's restaurant was fantastic and reasonably priced. Definitely recommend this spot for a fun getaway.
The breakfast was basic, so we skipped it some days. It would've been nice to have a more varied selection in the mornings.

The hotel is nice, and has free parking, a seasonal outdoor pool, and 24-hour reception. On my first stay, the staff helped me with my bags. I highly recommend enjoying the restaurant's gourmet food! I'm coming back for a new year.

lovely decor and tranquill atmosphere. A relaxed Tuscan feel.
As we were 4 adults in a split level room I would have liked a little more privacy.

Single traveler paradise
The rooms were spacious and clean, a lot of detail put into the feel of the place with unique Italian features. I especially enjoyed relaxing by the large pool and sipping fantastic coffee while soaking in the peaceful atmosphere.
It wasn't inexpensive but still acceptable for what you get.

Great stay with a lovely view!
The restaurant was a hit too, nice food. One thing tho, traffic nearby can be a pain if you're not driving yourself.

Location is ideal for visiting Mt. Etna or Taormina, even though the immediate vicinity around the hotel is quite dirty. In 5 minutes you are in Giarre which has a wide selection of shops. The hotel facilities (rooms/restaurant/garden/outside seating area/swimming pool) are well kept and clean. The staff are friendly and helpful.
The immediate neighbourhood outside the hotel.

The Etna Hotel surprised me! The clean, spacious rooms gave a charming feel with their traditional décor. I loved sipping fresh coffee while enjoying breakfast. Homemade yogurt stood out as a good treat alongside fresh fruits and pastries. The pool area was perfect for a relaxing day, with plenty of loungers to soak up the sun. I took a stroll around the gardens with beautiful views of Mount Etna. Complimentary bicycles were handy for exploring the nearby beach, although the roads can be a bit chaotic. Service at the restaurant was generally attentive. I found the evening dining experience disappointing due to poor food quality and an overwhelming volume of loud pop music that detracted from the atmosphere. The Wi-Fi connection was weak in my room. Despite a couple of noteworthy flaws, my stay was enjoyable, and the staff genuinely were nice. I'd love to return for a different dining experience and explore more of the fine surroundings.
